Christy is a certified trainer/speaker, coach and author of the book “Live Life Beyond the Laundry; 7 Strategies to Shift Life from Chaos to Calm”. Her clients often refer to her as the Chaos Reduction Expert. She has over 24 years of experience in training, coaching and sales; this paired with her passion to help people grow and develop to reach their fullest potential, creates a highly effective training and coaching style.
She believes that balancing life is the key to creating success and happiness in both your professional and personal life. She understands first-hand how poor life balance can affect your stress levels and productivity at work. Several years ago, high levels of stress and chaos began to affect Christy’s health in the form of memory loss and weight gain. By successfully implementing changes in the area of time management, productivity and life balance, Christy has turned that around and created a thriving business and personal life.
